The 76-acre Punahou School campus has been the subject of various master plans with some of the most recent ones being completed by Belt Collins. The 2013 plan is now being implemented with redevelopment of the 2nd to 5th grade classrooms, and other improvements relating to open space, playfields, athletics, music, arts, traffic circulation and parking. In addition to master planning Belt Collins has also recently provided entitlement permitting and civil engineering design services for numerous campus facilities.

Belt Collins' experience at Punahou School goes back more than 40 years over which time the firm has provided planning studies, site engineering, landscape design, and permitting services. Planning and permitting services have ranged from completing campus master plans for the trustees, to processing the Site Plan Review with the City and County of Honolulu. From the Belt Collins master plans the present athletic and physical education complex, Case Middle School and redevelopment of the Elementary School as the Kosaka Community have been implemented, along with improvements relating to open space, playfields, traffic circulation and parking. Civil engineering was provided for projects such as construction and subsequent renovation of Alexander Field, the U.S. Green Building Council LEED Gold certified Case Middle School, Wo International Center, Dillingham Hall expansion, off-site improvements for the Omidyar K-1 Neighborhood, lily pond reconstruction, Chamberlain Drive and Pipers Pali realignments, parking, and pedestrian and athletic facilities, including the basketball courts and tennis courts relocation.
